Refund and Replacement Policy
Our 30-day FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy covers the following scenarios. If you qualify for a refund or replacement, you do not need to return the customized item you received.
Covered Reasons:

The item received does not match the description or customization details.

The item is defective, damaged, broken, or not functioning properly.

An incorrect or mismatched size.

Lost or missing items.
Exclusions:
The following issues are NOT covered by our 30-day Refund & Replacement Policy, and we are not responsible for them. Please note that there may be up to a 20% difference between the images displayed online and the actual item due to lighting during photography or variations in monitor displays.

Requests for refunds or replacements made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance.

Personal reasons, such as changes in preference or a change of mind.

Errors in selecting size, product, address, or customization information.

Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled, as well as damage resulting from customer handling.
Refund and Replacement Process

Step 2: To assist you effectively, please provide photos or a video of the defective product, the packaging, and a clear view of the shipping label.
Step 3: After we review your request, you will receive a refund or replacement.
