By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy. The shipping cost and delivery time are determined by your selected products, shipping method, and delivery location.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the your location. Customers can view the shipping fees before finalizing their orders on the Checkout page. At Davykett, we provide free shipping for all orders with a value of $80 or more.
ADDRESS ERROR DISCLAIMER:
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot accommodate address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please verify the address you provide, as we will NOT be held accountable for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.
  • If your order is already processed or shipped, we cannot alter the address, and the only option is to wait to see if the package is returned. If that occurs, we will offer an exchange or refund.

Important Notes:
  • For shipments to Australia, the UK, and Canada, tracking updates will only occur once the package arrives in the destination country. Delivery times may vary by location and could take up to 15 days. Please monitor the tracking information we provide for updates.
  • For items shipped from overseas suppliers, there may be delays in tracking information being updated from the time the package arrives at USPS facilities in foreign countries to when it is processed at USPS facilities in the United States. This typically takes 2-7 days on average but can sometimes extend to 8-12 days.
  • Shipping times may fluctuate due to factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Strikes
    • Weather conditions
    • Seasonal peaks (e.g., holiday periods)
    • Large or oversized items
    • Errors by shipping providers
In the event any of these issues arise with your package, we commit to keeping you informed with the best information available to us.
  • For international shipments, Davykett cannot guarantee that you will or will not incur customs duties or taxes. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your government. Please reach out to your local customs office for information on charges related to packages arriving from abroad. In rare instances, shipping to certain countries may take 4-8 weeks or longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. Shipping to specific countries may also require additional fees based on geographic factors.
  • Davykett will not be liable for any taxes and/or duties that may be incurred upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. Davykett will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
  • If an order arrives in your country and:
    • The customer refuses to accept the package
    • Delivery attempts are made in the destination country
    • The shipping department indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer then Davykett reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not provide a refund.
